Seeking experienced Sheetmetal Workers

Location: Washington, DC

A fast-growing commercial mechanical contractor has openings for Sheetmetal Workers to perform duct and duct accessories installation in new construction or renovation projects in multifamily and commercial buildings in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, proven experience in sheet metal installation, and the ability to perform effectively under demanding schedules. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company that doubled its revenue last year and is positioned for continued strong growth.

We are looking for candidates with the personality and experience to meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of HVAC or sheet metal installation experience
Proficiency in sheet metal duct installation; fabrication experience a plus
Basic understanding of HVAC systems in multifamily and commercial buildings
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
