You’ll spend most of your day processing data, double-checking details, and working with both our internal teams and external customers. Location: This position is onsite at our corporate office in Golden Valley, MN

What You'll Do

As a Billing Specialist, you'll:

• Scan, index, and process trip documents for billing

• Generate and audit invoices with a focus on accuracy

• Maintain customer rate books and fuel surcharge data

• Monitor invoice runs and prepare documents for mailing

• Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing disputes

• Respond to customer requests and provide proof of delivery (POD)

• Track billing totals, deposits, and compile daily reports

• Support dedicated accounts and assist with cross-training or special projects

Knowledge and Skills to be successful:

• 1+ year of office experience using Microsoft Excel regularly

• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables)

• Ability to process large volumes of data quickly and accurately

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Clear, professional communication style

• Comfortable learning and navigating systems such as TMW and Epicor

You will be competitive if you have a(n):

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience

About the Role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $22.31/hour - $30.36/hour. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $23/hour - $25/hour
