Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, South Carolina. This role involves providing key administrative support in a government office setting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling tasks that require accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Perform rent calculations and manage housing-related data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize Yardi software to process and maintain records efficiently.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails, offering exceptional customer service.
• Handle data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
• Maintain schedules and set appointments to support team operations.
• Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Manage correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the office staff with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist in tracking and reporting key metrics to meet organizational goals.• Previous experience in rent calculations, preferably related to Housing Choice Voucher programs.
• Proficiency in Yardi software is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proven customer service experience, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
• Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
