Do you take pride in dialing in a machine until the cut is perfect? Meyers in Minneapolis, MN (55428) is seeking a Die-Cutting Machine Operator who can own the setup, operation, and care of flatbed diecutters, with a particular emphasis on the 40" Bobst.

When Youll Work

3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 11pm 7am.

What Youll Do

• Set up, run, and fine-tune flatbed diecutting equipment to meet exacting quality standards.
• Check output frequently, verify specs, and adjust parameters to keep every run on target.
• Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues quickly.
• Collaborate with peers to streamline changeovers and elevate efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a safe, well-organized area in line with company procedures.
• Document production activity and alert leadership to any variances.
• Help bring new operators up to speed through mentoring and training.

What Youll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is beneficial.
• Background as a flatbed diecut operator or similar role (experience on Bobst equipment is advantageous).
• Strong mechanical skills and a practical approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting with firm deadlines.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach.
