The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Multifamily Apartment Renovation Specialist who can handle a variety of interior trades and execute unit turns and renovations efficiently without sacrificing quality.
This role is for someone who can step into a unit, assess what needs to be done, and own the job from start to finish—without constant direction.

Compensation:
$40 - $45 hourly
Responsibilities:
What We Will Expect From You:
- Complete interior renovations for multifamily units (unit turns, upgrades, repairs)
- Drywall repair, patching, and texture matching
- Trim and finish carpentry (base, casing, doors)
- Cabinet installation and adjustments
- Install plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, vanities)
- Install basic electrical fixtures (lighting, switches, outlets)
- Interior painting and touch-ups as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites
- Complete projects on schedule while meeting quality standards
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in multifamily renovations or similar work
- Working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, painting)
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving skills and job-site awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed

- Strong punch list and project closeout skills
- Must have own basic tools
