Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are partnering with a healthcare provider in Northern Minnesota seeking a Pharmacy Director for a full-time, direct hire position. This leadership role offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance for the right candidate. Candidates do not need to be licensed pharmacists, but must have experience in pharmacy management or related healthcare/industry leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Lead, manage, and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve workflow efficiency and service quality.
• Manage the pharmacy budget and ensure cost-effective practices.
• Supervise inventory control, medication storage, and safety protocol adherence.
• Partner with medical teams to optimize patient care delivery.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching, and resolve personnel and operational issues.
• Monitor pharmacy trends and implement best practices to support ongoing improvement.

Schedule:Full-time, day shift

Requirements:

• If applying as a pharmacist: Must hold an active and clear Minnesota Pharmacist License.
• If applying as a non-pharmacist: Must have demonstrated experience in pharmacy management or closely related industries.
• Proven leadership ability in healthcare or pharmacy settings.
