Mechanical Engineering Technician Compensation:
- Pay Rate: 25.00 per hour
- Day shift hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, total 8.5 hours including 0.5 hr lunch.
Mechanical Engineering Technician Responsibilities:
- Support test lab daily activities, equipment qualification, method validation, and lab engineering projects.
- Perform bench-level engineering tests for design verification, stability, feasibility, and test method development.
- Assist in troubleshooting test requests and resolving test needs with requestors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with good laboratory practices.
- Support creation of tools for process simplification of testing lab operations.
Mechanical Engineering Technician QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Day shift hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, total 8.5 hours including 0.5 hr lunch.
- On-site work in a laboratory environment using PPE, with potential exposure to chemicals or human fluids.
- Contract duration: 52 days.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential; may require working when supervisor is unavailable.
Education/Licenses Needed
- High School Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in a regulated industry/laboratory setting.
