Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents' functional capabilities and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
- Provide training in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and offer support for cognitive and mobility challenges.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
