Ecoshine is hiring motivated, outgoing sales representatives to generate new business through face-to-face interactions with homeowners and lasting client relations. We offer paid training and weekly pay (salary + commission). Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are self-motivated, comfortable working outdoors, and maintain a reliable, professional demeanor. Sales experience is a plus, but not required, and requires a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
-Door-to-door lead generation and sales
-Building strong connections with long-term clients
-Educating homeowners on our services and methods
-Closing sales in the field
-Competing with other representatives to win performance-based incentives
-Attending required trainings and meetings
Training and Compensation:
-24 hours of paid training (four hours virtual and five days 4hrs/day in field shadowing)
-Earn salary and commission on any sales during training
Training Period (first 4 weeks)
-$100 per week base pay
-15% commission on sales
Post Training:
-30% commission on sales
-Performance-based incentives
-$100 per week base pay
Schedule:
-20 hours door-to-door
-2.5 hours training and team meetings
