Job DescriptionStaffing Inc. is partnered with a local innovative packaging company in Holland, MI who is actively looking to hire a qualified Machine Operator Associate. This company provides a variety of packaging solutions for the wine and spirit industry, beauty and personal care industry, e-commerce, food, electronic, automotive and manufacturing sectors. The candidate will take packing materials from the machine, glue boxes, stack products, and more. This position is on 2nd shift, the hours are from 4pm to 2:30am Monday to Thursday. Machine Operator Associate Benefits:

Machine Operator Associate Worker Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
Assemble components
Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area within factory setting.
Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or malfunctions immediately.
Clean the glue injectors
Print labels and enter information into the computer
Other duties as assigned

Machine Operator Associate Qualifications:

Must be comfortable using computer
Attention to detail with a focus on quality control during production tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
Stand, twist, and bend
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Pass a background check/drug test
Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
Great attendance and positive attitude
