Position Title: Client Outreach Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX
Assignment Type: 45 - 60 days contract with potential for contract-to-hire
Compensation: $20 - $25 / hr
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8- 5 pm
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
We are hiring a Client Outreach Coordinators for a 45–60 day project due to company growth and acquisitions. This is a high-volume outbound calling role, and top performers may have the opportunity to stay on longer-term. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, call center environment and is comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
Job Duties
- Make high-volume outbound calls to current customers
- Schedule services and provide account updates
- Maintain accurate call documentation
- Support project initiatives tied to acquisitions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience preferred
- Some college coursework is a plus (degree not required)
- Comfortable in an outbound call center environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven
