Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant based in St. Charles, MO. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior executives, manage correspondence, organize calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain records. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls professionally, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and maintaining professional communication standards
- Well-developed Clerical Skills, including handling office tasks and document management
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar productivity tools
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in administrative fields is a plus
