Healthcare Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Onsite, Fort Worth, TX 76104
Schedule: Full-time, onsite at one location
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Starting Salary Range: $65K+ BOE ($31.25/hr.)
Overview
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for a temp-to-hire role supporting internal hiring needs. This position is ideal for an agency recruiter trying to move in-house or an early career professional with 2-3 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Healthcare recruitment experience is not required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consistent communication.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely follow-up and professional interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize the applicant tracking system.
- Support recruiting initiatives and process improvements as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience.
- Agency recruiting experience is highly preferred due to the pace and metrics-driven expectations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn healthcare-specific recruiting practices (no healthcare experience required).
