Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000-$350,000

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Carry out all essential dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment strategies.
- Collaborate on implant cases with the lead dentist.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been a staple in the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technology-driven facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We consistently welcome more than 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our environment promotes independence without micromanagement, featuring dedicated spaces for each dentist, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the opportunity to treat patients autonomously while having access to mentorship as needed.
