RemX is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to support customers and internal teams for a well-established automotive parts company. This onsite role focuses on order processing, supplier coordination, and administrative sales support.
Location: Onsite Farmington Hills, MI
Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
Type: contract to hire
What You’ll Do
- Support customers by assisting with quotes, orders, and invoicing
- Issue RFQs to suppliers and prepare customer quotations
- Create purchase orders and invoices
- Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email
- Track quotes, orders, and account follow-ups
- Follow up on open AR and communicate payment status
- Assist with supplier and equipment research
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred (Business, Accounting, or related)
- 1–2 years of sales support or administrative experience
- Intermediate Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
