School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time
Location: Colorado
Contract Dates: ASAP May 29, 2026
Schedule: MondayFriday | 37.540 hours/week
Grade Levels: K8
A Colorado school district is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative team supporting students with a range of communication needs. The caseload includes approximately 35 students25 with mild to moderate needs and 10 with moderate to severe challengesacross a single K8 site. This role focuses primarily on direct services and offers consistent hours in a supportive, student-centered environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech-language services as the primary focus
Conduct evaluations, assessments, referrals, and participate in IEP and 504 meetings
Develop and implement individuzed treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to program development
No SLPA supervision required
Qufications
Active Colorado SLP license
Active or pending CDE authorization
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
School-based experience preferred; CFYs and new graduates are welcome
