- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Payroll certifications are highly valued

For Payroll Specialists
- Experience processing payroll independently or as part of a payroll team

- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
For Payroll Managers
- Experience overseeing end-to-end payroll operations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
