We are looking for a Clinical Director who is not only a skilled clinician but also a passionate leader who values collaboration, growth, and mentorship. This role is central to our mission: guiding our clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care, and fostering a culture where providers and clients alike feel supported and empowered.
As our Clinical Director, you’ll balance leadership with connection—mentoring providers, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a small caseload to stay grounded in the heart of the work we do. This is a hybrid position, with in-office presence required to build relationships and strengthen our community of care.
What You’ll Do

Lead with vision and compassion, modeling TC&C’s values of Hope, Healing, and Human Connection.

Provide supervision, consultation, and mentorship for licensed clinicians, residents, and interns.

Support onboarding and professional growth of new providers, fostering a learning environment.

Oversee clinical documentation and compliance, ensuring quality and ethical standards are met.

Facilitate case consultations and team meetings that encourage collaboration and innovation.

Partner with leadership and administrative staff to align clinical care with operational success.

Maintain a limited caseload of clients.

Promote a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and evidence-based practice.
What We’re Looking For

Active Virginia license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a clinical setting.

Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Organized, dependable, and committed to fostering professional growth in others.
