• Assist employees with completing and submitting leave paperwork accurately.
• Perform basic data entry tasks to maintain employee records and files.
• Support team members by managing miscellaneous office tasks as needed.
• Create a welcoming office environment by fostering positivity through thoughtful gestures, such as leaving notes or small tokens of appreciation.
• Use Outlook, Excel, and other internal systems to manage HR-related tasks efficiently.
• Provide a friendly and detail-oriented presence in the office, helping to maintain a calm and productive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure HR processes run smoothly and issues are directed to the appropriate departments.
• Participate in training sessions to quickly learn and adapt to the role's requirements.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Outlook and Excel.
