NCW is seeking a Crane Lift Plan Designer to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This full-time role focuses on designing detailed lift plans for complex crane operations, ensuring all lifts are executed safely and efficiently. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, crane operators, and field crews to analyze site conditions, perform weight and structural calculations, and create practical lift solutions using 3D lift planning software.
The ideal candidate has experience with intricate crane lifts and rigging components such as spreader bars, rolling blocks, cables, and shackles, along with a strong understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations. This role also supports sales and operations by assisting with quoting, dispatch, and administrative needs as required.
