Role Overview:
The Operations Manager III will be responsible for leading and coordinating key Business Analysis (BA) activities, ensuring effective planning, execution, and tracking of departmental initiatives. This role partners closely with BA leadership and pillar heads to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage BA meetings (bi-weekly leadership meetings, Lunch & Learns, community events, offsites, and town halls), including agenda setting, logistics, and action item tracking
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings as required
- Develop presentations and departmental materials to support business initiatives
- Partner with BA pillar leads to define and track project roadmaps and priorities
- Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, and scorecards across BA functions
- Oversee budget tracking aligned with departmental goals
- Support contract and invoice management using tools such as Ariba
- Coordinate travel arrangements when needed
- Centralize and maintain key documentation and resources
- Collaborate with training teams to design standardized onboarding and training plans across

- Experience executing both strategic and tactical initiatives under tight deadlines
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Change management experience is a plus

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–10 years of relevant operations or program management experience
