- Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 8 hours, Monday to Friday

Position Highlights
- Work in a hospital-based outpatient environment.
- Utilize an EMR system integrated with all healthcare providers in the region.
- Practice hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Focus on individualized patient care with one-on-one sessions.
- No double bookings or overlapping appointments.
- Schedule managed by therapists.

Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide medically prescribed services aimed at evaluating, treating, and restoring patient function while enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities. Your role will include:
- Conducting patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
- Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans.
- Delivering therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional enhancement.
- Tracking patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- Educating patients and their families about treatment strategies and recovery objectives.
- Accurately documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
- A valid state Physical Therapy license.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
