A reputable and fast-paced Real Estate company in Rosemont, IL is on the lookout for a highly organized, detail-driven Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting daily operations. This is an on-site, open-ended temporary opportunity, offering $18–$20/hour, where your administrative expertise—especially in invoicing and accounts payable (AP)—will make a real impact. Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by handling core administrative tasks
- Process and track invoices, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time
- Take ownership of accounts payable duties with precision and efficiency
- Maintain well-organized filing systems—both digital and physical
- Support scheduling, document preparation, and overall office coordination
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Hands-on experience with invoicing and accounts payable (AP) is a must
- Exceptional attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities and a polished, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
