Job Title: HR Generalist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the Human Resources department within a manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to the HR Manager and will assist with a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Up to 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred, not required)
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication and grammar skills (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and background checks
- Maintain and update employee records using ImageSilo
- Provide support in employee relations matters as needed
- Coordinate meetings, prepare HR documentation, and assist with HR projects and initiatives
- Conduct new hire orientations and support onboarding processes
- Assist with 401(k) enrollment and respond to employee inquiries
- Support managers with ISO 14001 compliance activities
- Review and update job descriptions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations as needed
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
