We are already serving 100+ brands and are now expanding through agency, operator, and industry partner networks.

What this role is

We are looking for people with strong relationships in the advertising and marketing agency world.

Specifically, we want to connect with agency owners, founders, principals, and senior decision-makers at agencies that serve SMBs, local businesses, multi-location brands, restaurants, hospitality groups, wellness businesses, retail, or local service companies.

This is not a traditional full-cycle sales role. You are not expected to pitch, demo, negotiate, or close. Your role is to make qualified warm introductions to the right agency decision-makers. AtlasNova handles the conversation from there.

What you’ll do

  • Identify advertising and marketing agencies in your network that serve local businesses or SMBs
  • Make warm introductions to agency owners, founders, partners, or senior leaders
  • Help us understand each agency’s client base, service model, and potential partnership fit
  • Share context on whether the agency focuses on paid ads, social media, SEO, reputation management, creative, web, or full-service marketing
  • Optionally help us prioritize which agencies may be best suited for referral, reseller, white-label, or co-selling partnerships

What we’re looking for

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • A former or current agency owner
  • An ex-agency account director, partnerships lead, or business development leader
  • A marketing consultant with strong agency relationships
  • A former ad tech, martech, or local SaaS partnerships professional
  • Someone with genuine access to agency decision-makers, not just a cold lead list

Ideal agency targets

We are especially interested in agencies that:

  • Serve SMBs, local businesses, or multi-location brands
  • Manage marketing for 10+ clients
  • Offer paid ads, social media, SEO, review management, local marketing, web design, or creative services
  • Want to expand their service offering without hiring a large internal team
  • Are open to referral, reseller, white-label, or platform partnership models

Compensation

This is a highly performance-based partner role but no upper bound
