Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call Center experience preferred
- Manage inbound calls.
- Answer calls and emails to provide prompt service to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
- Promote and enhance excellent customer relations.
Hours: 1st & 2nd shift (weekends included)
