Service Manager
Overview:
Electra Link is seeking an experienced Service Manager with at least 5 years of low-voltage system experience and a proven background in project management and customer communication. This role oversees service operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures exceptional service delivery for maintenance contracts, repairs, and projects.
Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the service team to meet customer needs and service-level agreements.

Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget goals are met.

Assign work based on technician skills and availability to maximize efficiency.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely communication and issue resolution.

Monitor material and labor costs to meet or exceed profitability targets.

Ensure accurate and timely work orders, cost estimates, and billing.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of low-voltage systems experience.

Proven project management skills.

Strong customer communication and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
