Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification is needed to support K-12 students within a dynamic school setting located in Elk Grove, CA. This position is a full academic year contract role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development across a diverse grade range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to support speech and language development within the classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and recommendations for student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a K-12 educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders common in school-aged children.
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining individualized attention.
  • Effective communication skills and collaborative approach to working with students and educational teams.
