A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator – REMOTE. The Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:

  • The pay for this position is $35.22 per hour

  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

  • The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from interview to offer through the start date

  • Develop strong working relationships with leaders and admins to ensure timely recruitment process execution

  • Coordinate and schedule all interviews (phone, video, in-person) and related logistics including travel and reimbursements

  • Collaborate with agencies and hiring leaders for seamless interview coordination

  • Schedule strategy calls and candidate review meetings

  • Support offer letter generation and new hire onboarding documentation

  • Oversee background checks, drug screening, and I-9 compliance

  • Coordinate onboarding tasks including badge requests, Day 1 logistics, and IT equipment setup

  • Utilize Workday to maintain requisition and candidate data ensuring OFCCP compliance

  • Manage confidential materials and time-sensitive requests

Requirements:

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 7+ years in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or a similar coordinator role

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Must be comfortable working EST schedule and have a quiet remote workspace
