Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM
Hours: 25 hours per week

Advance Cleaning Contractors, an established commercial cleaning company serving Northwest Ohio since 1967, is seeking a dependable, motivated, and organized Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations in the Toledo area.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to lead by example. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but commercial cleaning experience is not required. We provide the necessary training.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support evening cleaning employees at multiple commercial locations.
- Conduct routine building inspections to ensure quality cleaning standards are maintained.
- Train new and existing employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and company expectations.
- Assist with employee call-offs and provide cleaning coverage when necessary.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed to support operations.
- Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to assigned locations.
- Identify and report employee performance concerns, building issues, and customer needs to management.
- Maintain professional communication with employees, customers, and office management.
- Help ensure assigned buildings are properly staffed, cleaned, and maintained.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Commercial cleaning experience is not required; training is provided.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between assigned Toledo-area locations.
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties when necessary.
