Befort Plumbing & Heating was established in 1957 and has been family owned ever since. We specialize in residential/ commercial plumbing & HVAC with a new construction division that has been building Colorado since the mid 50's. Befort is a place you can call home with room for growth. We are seeking a motivated, experienced technician with knowledge of both plumbing & HVAC, to add to our team. We pride ourselves on our corporate culture and taking care of our employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of HVAC experience
• Valid HVAC license and EPA certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with smart HVAC systems and controls
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must have valid driver's license, transportation and be able to pass a background check with verifiable references.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
