Position Wanted: Marketing Consultant
Serbin Print Marketing & Publishing, an industry leading service provider to Southwest Florida and beyond for over 50 years, is seeking candidates for their Marketing Consultant & outside sales position.
Status: Full Time Position – Base Salary and Commissions - Benefit Eligible
Job Description:
- Sales: Establish high value targets, cultivate those relationships and turn them into long term clients. In addition to digital and offset printing, additional sales channels include multi-channel campaigns (including email and web), graphic design, bindery, ad specialty items, mailing services, fulfillment, and consulting services.
- Account Representation: Create top of mind awareness with your clients as the ‘go to’ expert for our services. Consistently deliver a ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic and attitude to truly be a trusted partner in the eyes of your clients.
- Campaign Strategy and Development: Discover clients’ immediate, short term and long term objectives for their businesses and successfully position yourself and Serbin as the marketing and communication solutions partner to help them reach those goals.
- Project Management: Coordinate with prepress, production and bindery to ensure projects are on-time and successfully deployed/delivered. Also successfully manage clients’ ongoing and often changing expectations.
- Client Communication: Send reports, help answer questions and solve problems with customers via phone, email or in person.
Qualified Candidate will have:
- Marketing, Advertising, Communication Industry experience is preferred
- Print industry experience is helpful, but not required
- Proven, quantifiable track record of being able to sell to C-level executives, managers
and administrators
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to switch-tasks and/or multi-task
- Fast, eager learner / coachable and teachable
- Organized and methodical
- Fluent with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel and Outlook in particular)
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, production environment with deadlines and sales goals
- Positive, cooperative and energetic attitude
- Commitment. Genuinely cares for the customer, company and their coworkers
- Can change and adapt to changing customer requests and market conditions
- Must have a dependable car and cell phone
