<li>Assess patients’ functional abilities, needs, and goals</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans</li>
<li>Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, work, and self-care skills</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive devices</li>
<li>Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment</li>
<li>Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and outcomes</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and healthcare teams</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety regulations, and documentation requirements</li>
<li>Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care</li>
