We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team at Hold Family Dental Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, providing information to patients, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with patients
- Schedule appointments and update patient records
- Provide information on services offered and answer questions about dental procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
