Position Summary:
As a Server/Waitstaff with CareerLINK Staffing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our customers. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or requests in a timely manner.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a server or waitstaff role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and processing payments.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $15.80/hour.
