Job Summary & Essential Functions

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and service centers across the organization to provide insights that fuel smart growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Financial Models: Develop and maintain detailed models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability across multiple scenarios.
  • Lead Budgeting Efforts: Work with cross-functional teams and regional service centers to build and monitor annual budgets.
  • Forecast Performance: Generate regular forecasts based on market trends and internal initiatives.
  • Analyze KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Create Reports: Deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial input on long-term planning and investment decisions.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and support cost-saving initiatives across departments.
    Collaborate & Communicate: Share insights with stakeholders and communicate complex data clearly and professionally.

Requirements:

Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the outlined experience level, education, training, minimum years of experience, product, or industry knowledge plus any certifications to be considered.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • CPA a plus
  • 5–7+ years of experience (or 4–5 years with Big 4, Fortune 1000, or M&A experience).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI, Power Query, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or Certinia is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of financial principles, accounting systems, and business operations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability and data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills and experience facilitating meetings and supporting cross-functional teams.
