A Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience is needed for a contract position located in Ashland City, TN. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to provide quality patient care on a Med-Surg floor.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patient conditions and document using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Respond effectively to patient needs and emergencies
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedural standards
- Maintain patient ratio approximately 1:6
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid Tennessee RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably 2 years on a Med-Surg unit
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system or similar EMR platforms
- Ability to work day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
- Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday as needed
- Flexibility to float to different units within the facility
Schedule / Hours:
- Days 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- No call responsibilities
