Job description
The Church Office Manager and Bookkeeper is responsible for the day to day operation of King of Kings Lutheran Church office including reception, bookkeeping and clerical duties. The Office Manager supports the congregation’s ministry.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize office activities
Bookkeeping and payroll using Quickbooks and Paychex
Greet visitors at office
Generate weekly service bulletin and monthly newsletter
Calendar maintenance and coordination of facilities usage
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Quickbooks and Paychex
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Employment Type
Compensation $30.00 per hour Part-time 30 hours per week Monday thru Friday 9am to 3pm in person
Two weeks paid vacation, eleven paid holidays and forty hours paid sick leave per year
