Global Media Enablement Specialist
Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months +Ext

Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Assists marketers by following instructions to complete routine, non-complex assignments such as executing programs/tactics, handling inquiries of narrow scope and complexity, managing simple projects and measuring and analyzing results. May direct and monitor activities of marketing services suppliers. Participates in and may lead small project teams. Demonstrates basic knowledge of marketing and marketing processes. Works independently, although the scope for discretion is limited and the output is reviewed periodically while in progress. Work priorities are defined by the manager/supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: The employee primarily uses basic coordination/administrative skills to execute marketing programs/tactics, handle requests from the sales force, channel partners and customers, gather, assemble, and monitor secondary industry/market information, develop specific elements in the preparation of market, customer or competitor reports, or produce other standard reports. Assignments are often short-term projects with many projects underway at one time. The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the execution of global media enablement processes to support digital media governance and technology operations.
  • Supporting the documentation and tracking of system requirements, use cases, and feedback from business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Coordinating account setup, access requests, and deactivation processes for Solventum’s digital media platforms, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • Collaborating with the Global Media Enablement team to help evaluate and implement digital and paid media tools, including gathering user feedback and preparing materials for system updates or enhancements.
  • Monitoring vendor communications and product updates to help identify potential improvements or risks related to media technologies.
  • Conducting research on digital and paid media trends to support team recommendations and improve operational efficiency.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects, including setting timelines and resource identification.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years in a marketing, communications, or a marketing technology related role.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 5-7 years of marketing, communications, or a marketing technology related role.
