(Must be able to commute to one of our US-based offices in Chicago, San Francisco, New York City, or Miami.)

GTreasury is currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements relating to the Financial Instruments module of a Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.

What You Will Do:
- Lead discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instruments portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments
- Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation
- Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goal
- Act as an SME for financial instruments and risk, and train both clients and internal parties on the module and on market best practice
- Participate in building and implementation of the solution
- Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation
- Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget
- Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered
- Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments
- Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels
Specific Experience for the Role:
- Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech
- Proven track record in project management and implementations either on behalf of clients or as a business user
- Thorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments and the systems that support such activities
- Adept with financial math
- A good team player with ability to act on own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments
- Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues
- Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.
- Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience
- Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus
