Job Description

A fast-growing digital marketing agency is seeking a frontline Client Service Representatives. In this role you will help small businesses shine online by handling day-to-day client requests, coordinating website updates, and keeping communication crisp and proactive. Training is ongoing and hands-on with the team lead.


Client Service Rep Responsibilities

  • Website updates & support: Edit websites based on client requests; log precise notes; own follow-through to completion
  • Client communication: Handle email/phone support, confirm requests, and suggest improvements that boost online marketing results
  • Project coordination: Route work to the right teammates or take the lead to complete tasks; keep clients updated and engaged
  • Technical support: Basic email/website troubleshooting; Google Business Profile updates and support
  • Account stewardship: Check in with non-responsive clients, field billing or cross-department requests, and transfer inquiries appropriately


Client Service Rep Requirements

  • Customer service experience (agency/creative environment preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong phone/email etiquette
  • Ability to translate client wishes into clear tasks and deliverables
  • Experience with at least one website platform (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, etc.)
  • Comfortable using AI in daily workflows


BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING

  • Website design/management and/or marketing experience
  • WordPress expertise
  • HTML/CSS/JS familiarity
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), Canva, and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
  • SEO knowledge
  • Exposure to human-health verticals (Dental, Optometry, Aesthetics)


Compensation & Growth

This is a fulltime hybrid role in San Diego with flexible hours. We are only seeking local San Diego County residents and reliable transportation is a must

  • Base Pay: $23–$25/hour DOE
  • Monthly Bonus Program: First-year OTE typically $55,000–$62,000
