Samson Pharmaceuticals Inc., an FDA-registered pharmaceutical and OTC manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Machine Operator / Cleanroom Packaging Technician to support sterile filling and cleanroom packaging operations in our GMP-regulated facility.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and set up sterile liquid filling machines in an ISO cleanroom environment
• Run packaging equipment including cappers, labelers, blister sealers, and inkjet printers
• Perform line changeovers, equipment setup, start-up, and shut-down procedures
• Conduct routine equipment checks and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during production runs
• Follow all GMP, SOP, FDA sterile manufacturing, and documentation requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and contamination control

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator, Packaging Operator, or Filling Line Technician
• Cleanroom or sterile manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of GMP/FDA-regulated environments preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience
