Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by promoting and selling products to healthcare providers within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product information tailored to customer needs.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
  • Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset — identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and maximizing growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
  • Maintain high call volume and conversion

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales (2+ years preferred, any industry — B2B, medical devices, consumer goods, etc.).
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building relationships at all levels.
  • Confident presenter with persuasive selling abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or consultative sales.
  • Comfort discussing technical information with clients.
  • Resilient, competitive, and energized by closing deals.
