Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by promoting and selling products to healthcare providers within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product information tailored to customer needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset — identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and maximizing growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
- Maintain high call volume and conversion
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales (2+ years preferred, any industry — B2B, medical devices, consumer goods, etc.).
- Highly motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building relationships at all levels.
- Confident presenter with persuasive selling abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or consultative sales.
- Comfort discussing technical information with clients.
- Resilient, competitive, and energized by closing deals.
