We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and ensure the efficient management of priorities, schedules, and communications. Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating detailed travel arrangements
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Prepare, edit, and format high-quality reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Review board materials and summarize key insights, risks, and action items with accuracy and sound judgment
- Support administrative and operational processes that enhance efficiency within the executive office
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in an administrative capacity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information clearly
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting board-level activities or executive leadership teams
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
