Travel Occupational Therapist - Outpatient (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist - Outpatient for a 14-week travel assignment in Carlinville, IL.

• Hourly Pay: $ 37.50
  
• Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  
• Weekly Total Pay: $ 2371.00
  
• EMR Used: CPSI/Evident
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
  
• Giving advice and providing support for family members and careers
  
• Assessing the home, school and work environments of the patient
  
• Installing the necessary equipment in the classroom for children with disabilities and teaching them how to use the equipment
  
• Helping children and adult patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
  
• Assisting patients’ exercise for pain relief
  
• Reviewing the patient’s progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
  
• Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of Occupational Therapist- Outpatient experience
  
• Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification
  
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
