A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, ON-SITE, Equipment Maintenance Technician in Boise, ID!

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated GEL Technician to support the Compatibility & Customer Enablement (CCE) team. This role is critical to ensuring system readiness, validation support, and smooth lab operations that enable engineering and customer success initiatives.

Equipment Maintenance Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $22.50/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Equipment Maintenance Technician Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, Day-Shift, 8am-5pm

Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

· Support daily lab operations including systems, equipment, and infrastructure within the CCE environment

· Perform equipment setup, relocation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting

· Track assets, systems, and inventory using established GEL tools and processes

· Ensure compliance with lab safety standards, ESD protocols, calibration, and preventive maintenance requirements

· Collaborate closely with engineers, lab users, and cross-functional teams to support lab activities and priorities

Equipment Maintenance Technician Requirements

· Technical background in lab operations, testing, IT support, or engineering environments

· Experience with hardware systems, lab equipment, or asset tracking

· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills

· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
