Experience & Skills Required

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is advantageous.
• Proven history as a machine operator or a related capacity.
• Competence with industrial machinery and related tools.
• Strong focus on details combined with effective problem-solving skills.
• Independent work capability with an ability to thrive in team settings.
• Effective communication skills coupled with an affirmative attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
