Contract Duration: 10–11 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
Job Description
The Provider Service Representative verifies provider data accuracy, submits update requests, and reviews audit reports. The role includes remediation outreach and frequent communication with providers via phone and email to resolve data discrepancies.
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with outbound calls and email communication</li>
<li>1+ year of computer experience; proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>
<li>Ability to learn new systems, follow detailed instructions, and maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred
<ul>
<li>2+ years of customer service experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce or similar systems</li>
</ul>
