Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Busser plays a vital role in supporting the Front of House team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring tables are turned quickly and efficiently to deliver a positive guest experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently

Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed

Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms

Refill water, beverages, and guest supplies as needed

Assist with opening and closing side work

Support overall front-of-house operations during peak service times

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications
-
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Dependable and punctual
-
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
-
Texas Food Handler certification required or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe after hire
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
