🚛 Warehouse & Purchasing Manager – Franklin Park, IL (On-Site)
💰 $80,000–$90,000 + Up to 25% Bonus

📍 Reports to: Plant Manager | Team: Small Direct Reports
CooLAB Foods LLC, a world-class manufacturer of ice cream products, is hiring a Warehouse & Purchasing Manager to lead inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations at our Franklin Park facility. This is a hands-on leadership role with high visibility and impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage purchasing of raw materials and packaging
- Oversee inventory accuracy, BOM validation, and FIFO practices
- Lead shipping/receiving and maintain audit-ready records
- Implement and refine procedures across sourcing, staging, consumption, and shipping
- Collaborate with production to align supply with demand
- Lead and develop a small warehouse/purchasing team
What You Bring:
- Experience with inventory systems (Fishbowl or similar)
- Strong production scheduling and supply chain planning skills
- Understanding of inventory’s impact on financials
- High-volume purchasing and inbound logistics experience
- SQF audit readiness and warehouse organization skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Leadership and delegation ability
